BES' and Phil Bayley's industrial and mining experience includes environmental approvals for Western Australia's largest wind farm (Collgar), Australia's largest open-cut gold mine (Kalgoorlie Super Pit), solar power stations, petrochemical plants on Burrup Peninsula, works approvals for concrete batch plants, project approvals and post-approval monitoring for numerous mining projects from the goldfields to the Northern Territory.
