WATER MANAGEMENT

Water management plans, including Local Water Management Strategies (LWMS) and Urban Water Management Plans (UWMP), are required today in order to gain planning and environmental approvals for most rezonings, structure plans and subdivisions. Water management plans bring together ecological (e.g. water-dependent ecosystems), sustainability (e.g. fit-for-purpose water supply) and engineering (drainage management) disciplines in a single document.

Bayley Environmental Services has prepared numerous LWMS and UWMP documents for large and small developments, either working alone or in cooperation with project engineers. BES has the experience and expertise to provide the level of information and detail required by regulators at each stage of the development process.
